Data deletion instructions

1. Sign in to Trellis and open Settings → Connected accounts.
2. Select the Meta connection and choose Disconnect.
3. You may also remove Trellis in Facebook under Settings → Business Integrations.

Disconnecting deletes Trellis’s stored Meta connection credentials and stops future access. It does not automatically delete restaurant media or history that was previously imported into the Trellis workspace.

Email privacy@trellishq.ai from the email address associated with your Trellis account. Use the subject “Meta data deletion request” and include:

• your name;
• your restaurant or Trellis organization name; and
• whether you want Meta-derived data deleted or the entire Trellis organization deleted.

Do not send passwords, access tokens, or payment-card information. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity and authority over the restaurant before deleting data.

If you submit a deletion request through Meta and Meta sends us a valid signed request, Trellis returns a unique confirmation code and status URL. The automated request deletes the stored Meta connection, provider-tagged media and stored objects, and matching Instagram import history attributable to the requesting Meta user. Open the returned URL at any time to see whether the request is processing, complete, or requires manual identity review.

Canceling a paid subscription does not delete the organization. To request organization deletion, email privacy@trellishq.ai from the organization owner’s account. Once verified, Trellis blocks access and automated outbound activity. Customer data then enters a 90-day retention period before the permanent deletion workflow runs, subject to secure-cleanup and legal exceptions described in our Privacy Policy.
